Resurrect find parallels within 90s Japanese Beatdown, 90s Brutal Death Metal and 90s NY Metallic Hardcore. Melting them down into a cohesive blend of brutal hardcore, layered with evil melodic sections and lyrics of loyalty, brotherhood and betrayal. The name, art and aesthetic also lands somewhere between, drawing in eyes from all sides but Resurrect has found a way to wear their influences on their sleeve, reinventing the way a band can do metallic hardcore in Australia.
